All shipments are handled by trusted global couriers — FedEx, UPS, and DHL — to ensure reliable, trackable delivery from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye (Turkey) to customers worldwide.

2) Order processing time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier link.

3) Delivery timeframes

Delivery times vary by destination and customs procedures:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: typically 7–15 business days.
  • United States & other countries: typically 10–20 business days.
  • Delays may occur due to customs inspection, public holidays, or carrier backlogs.

5) Shipping costs

  • Shipping and delivery are free for all orders. All sale and product prices already include shipping and delivery fees — there are no hidden costs.
  • We may occasionally run promotional offers for express or priority services at discounted rates.

6) Customs, taxes & duties

  • Orders ship from Türkiye (Turkey). Our listed product prices already include all shipping and delivery fees—there are no hidden costs.
  • In most cases, there are no additional charges on delivery. However, in specific cases (for example, local customs clearance fees, import VAT, or remote-area surcharges), the courier or local authorities may request a small additional payment before delivery.
  • These rare charges depend on your country’s import regulations and are outside our control. We provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes to assist with smooth customs clearance.

7) Delivery attempts & signature

  • Our carriers normally make at least two delivery attempts.
  • If no one is available, the courier may leave a notice or contact you to reschedule.
  • For security, a signature may be required upon receipt.

8) Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when ordering. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns. Tiny Lux is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by inaccurate address information.

9) Tracking & notifications

10) Non-deliverable or refused parcels

If an order is returned due to refusal, customs non-payment, or an incorrect address, we will refund the product price minus:

  • any return shipping or carrier handling costs, and
  • any non-recoverable customs duties or taxes.

If you still wish to receive the item, we can reship it once additional shipping fees are paid.

11) Damage or loss

  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. Report visible damage within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the package and product.
  • All shipments are insured; we’ll assist in claims with FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
  • If a parcel is lost in transit, a replacement or full refund will be issued after courier confirmation.

12) Returns
