At The Tiny Lux Co. Ltd, we want you to shop with confidence. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. This goes beyond the statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK law, giving you extra assurance.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Items Exempt from Returns
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Personal care electronics (e.g. electric toothbrushes, shavers, trimmers, grooming kits).
- Kitchen and household electrical appliances that have been used.
- Perishable goods (e.g. food items).
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Digital/downloadable products and gift cards.
👉 Please note: If the seal is broken on personal care or hygiene-related electronic items, we cannot accept a return.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility in Türkiye, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank or card provider).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at [email protected] for instructions and the return address in Türkiye.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted.
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition.
